Someone hides instructions in the input
An email or a web page can carry text that tells an agent to do something else. OWASP lists prompt injection as the first risk for AI applications. We limit what each agent can reach, and keep a person on any action that matters.
Wrong answers sound confident
A model can state something false in a calm, certain tone. Agents cite their sources and pass low-certainty cases to a person.
The agent loops and runs up costs
An agent stuck on a task can repeat itself for hours. Step and spending limits stop it, and alert someone.

How much does it cost to build an AI agent?
We do not publish a price list. The cost depends on how many tools the agent uses, how much testing the task needs and how closely a person must check it. Model and hosting costs are separate, and we estimate them before you commit.
What happens when the agent breaks or answers wrongly?
It stops, logs what happened and passes the case to a person, as long as the limits are set well. We review those cases, fix the cause and test again. You can switch any agent off at once.
Where does a person check the output?
At every point where the agent changes data, spends money or speaks to a customer, at least at first. As the record builds up, some checks can move to sampling. The ones that carry real risk stay.
What is the difference between an agent, a chatbot and an automation?
