White label PPC management for agencies

PromotEdge International runs white label PPC for marketing agencies. Your agency sells and owns the client relationship, and your brand goes on every report. Our delivery team in India builds and manages the campaigns inside ad accounts that you or your client control.

In short

White label PPC means a partner manages paid ads for your clients while you present the work as your own. We are ROI-driven, so each account starts with an agreed target for cost per lead or return on ad spend.

PPC has one limit that white label SEO does not. A partner can stay hidden from your client, but the advertiser cannot stay hidden from the ad platforms. The account has to belong to the real advertiser, and Google is moving all advertisers to identity checks, with some of those details shown to the public.

How client accounts and ad budgets stay safe

Ad accounts spend real money every hour, so the rules here are tighter than on most work. [CONFIRM: Shivanand Mishra reads this page and confirms these commitments]

  • The account stays with the advertiser

Accounts sit in your client's name or under your agency's manager account. You can remove our access at any time.

  • Standard access, never admin

On Google Ads, standard access lets us edit campaigns. Only an admin can give access to others or start advertiser verification, and that stays with you or your client.

  • Ad spend does not pass through us

The platforms bill the account holder directly, and we bill you for management only. [CONFIRM: U14 how agencies are charged]

  • No budget change without a yes

Budget changes above the agreed limit wait for your written approval, whatever the platform suggests.

  • Every edit on record

Changes show in each platform's history under the user who made them, so you can audit our work. We can use addresses on your domain, so your client sees your name there.

  • Your client stays yours

We speak to you, and we will not pitch to your client. [CONFIRM: white-label contract terms: an NDA, that your client never learns we exist, and a non-solicit clause]

How we take on a PPC account

  1. NDA and access

After the NDA, you share standard access to the ad account and read access to analytics.

  2. Audit before any edit

We read the search terms, the conversion set-up and the past spend, and write up what we found.

  3. A target in writing

You and your client agree the cost per lead or return on ad spend to aim for, and the monthly budget.

  4. Tracking first

We test the conversion path with a real form or call before we spend more, because every later decision rests on that data.

  5. Weekly work, monthly report

You get notes each week and a client-ready report each month, ahead of your call.

Where white label PPC goes wrong, and how we handle it

  • Clicks are up and sales are not

Usually the search terms are too broad, or the page does not match the ad. We read the actual search terms, cut the waste and fix the page.

  • Automation spends where you did not want it

Smart campaigns follow the signal you give them. If the signal is a cheap form fill, they buy cheap form fills, so we feed them qualified leads where the client's CRM allows it.

  • A past agency holds the ad account

The client may lose the history if the account leaves with that agency. We check the owner first, then help the client ask for a transfer.

  • Leads are counted twice

A double-firing tag makes the cost per lead look better than it is. We test one real lead from click to inbox, then compare the platform's count with the client's own records.

  • Ads in a regulated trade get rejected

Finance, legal and other regulated services carry extra ad rules, and they differ by country. We read the rules for your client's trade and market before the first ad goes out.

Who holds what in white label PPC

Questions buyers ask us

What is white label PPC, and why do agencies use it?

A specialist runs the paid ads and your agency sells them under its own name. Agencies use it to offer PPC without hiring, or to cover accounts when their own media buyers are full.

Whose name shows on the ads?

Your client's. Advertiser verification puts some of the advertiser's details in ad disclosures and the public Ads Transparency Center. Google lists verifying a customer's account as your own as a violation, so a white label partner should never run a client's ads through its own identity.

Do Google's agency rules apply to white label PPC?

Yes, and they bind you as the agency that deals with the client. Google requires a separate account for each end-advertiser. Its transparency rules say cost data must show the exact amount Google charged, without your fee, and that a management fee must be disclosed in writing before the first purchase and on invoices. Your margin stays yours to set, and we build reports that keep media cost and fee apart. Read the current policy yourself, as Google updates it.

How do you charge, and are your prices competitive?

We do not publish a price list. Our cost depends on how many accounts and platforms you hand over, how complex the campaigns are and how much tracking work they need. You see it in writing before work starts, and you set your own fee to your client. [CONFIRM: U14 how agencies are charged, and whether any fee follows ad spend]

How do I choose a white label PPC provider?

Ask who will work in the account, and what access they need. Ask whose name the account stays in if you part ways. Then give them one account to audit, and see whether the findings would change what you do next week.

Why not use a US-based PPC team?

A team in your own country sits in your hours, and that matters if your client wants someone on a call at short notice. Our delivery team is in India, so our working day runs through your night and your morning starts with the notes. We set calls in your working hours. We are available round the clock, 24x7, as per your location.

Which ad platforms do you cover?

Google Ads, paid social, LinkedIn ads and Amazon Ads. [CONFIRM: Microsoft Advertising, before it is named here]

Who runs the accounts?

Shivanand Mishra, our Digital Marketing Lead, leads paid media. They work with licensed tools and software.
