Industry-specific digital marketing services

PromotEdge International is an international web, digital marketing and AI company. We plan digital marketing around how each industry really buys, for businesses in the USA, Canada and other markets. Our delivery team is in India.

In short

The channels are the same in every sector, but what works is not. A roofer needs calls this week, a software company needs trials that turn into paying accounts, and a manufacturer needs an engineer to find a spec sheet. A plan built for one will waste money in the other two.

Start with your sector below. If yours is not listed, tell us about it anyway. We would rather say we have not done your kind of work than guess.

Industries we work with

Each page explains how buyers in that sector behave, and what we do about it.

  • Construction and contractors

Local searches, calls and reviews for trades, and proof of capability for commercial builders.

  • Manufacturers

Technical buyers, long cycles, distributors and spec sheets.

  • SaaS companies

Trials, demos and pipeline, measured through to paying accounts.

  • Online stores

Category pages, product feeds and revenue by channel.

  • Other agencies

Delivery behind your own brand, for your clients in any sector.

  • Real estate and startups

Our pages for these sectors are being rewritten. Tell us what you need, and we will talk it through.

What changes from one industry to the next

We work through these with you before we suggest a single channel.

  • How buyers search

Some type an urgent need into a phone, others read for weeks before speaking to anyone.

  • Who decides

One homeowner, a store shopper or a buying committee of six. Each needs a different page and a different proof.

  • What counts as a lead

A call, a trial, a quote request or a named account. We define it with your sales team and count only those.

  • What proof buyers want

Licenses and photos of work in one sector, data sheets or security documents in another.

  • Which rules apply

Advertising, privacy and licensing rules differ by trade and by country, so we check them before recommending a tactic.

  • How long a sale takes

That decides how soon a campaign can be judged, and what a fair report looks like.

Who we have worked with

  • Weichai

Why general marketing plans fail in specific industries

These are typical situations, not results from a named client.

  • The agency has to learn your trade on your budget

No outside team knows your business on day one. We ask for time with your sales team in the first weeks, so we learn from them and not from mistakes.

  • The wording is wrong

Buyers spot an outsider in one sentence. We take terms from your customers and your experts, and your staff check the facts before anything goes out.

  • Copied tactics break the rules

A tactic that is fine for a retailer can be a problem for a licensed trade or a regulated product. We check first and tell you what we found.

  • Reports measure the wrong thing

Clicks mean little if your sale takes nine months. We agree early signals that fit your sales cycle, and report them next to revenue.

Who does the work, and from where

The work is delivered by our team in India. We travel to our clients every 3 to 4 months.

Questions buyers ask us

Why does industry-specific digital marketing matter?

Buyers trust suppliers who understand their world. A plan shaped by your sector also spends less on people who will never buy, as the search terms, proof and sales cycle all fit how your customers behave.

What if my industry is not on this list?

Often, yes. The method carries across, as long as the work can be done online and we can learn your market. Tell us what you sell, and we will say honestly whether we are a good fit.

Have you worked in my industry?

We have worked for clients across the USA, Canada, Australia, Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Oman, and for Indian exporters and multinationals in India, and we say where each piece of work was done. Clients we can name include Fine Organics, Weichai, Novozymes, Honest AI, Dozco and SANY. Client results stay under NDA, so we walk you through them one to one.

Do you take on competitors in the same industry?

[CONFIRM: U14 our policy on working with direct competitors]

Which channels work for my industry?

Start with how your buyers look for a supplier. If they search, begin with SEO and search ads. If they do not, LinkedIn, email and your sales team may do more. Each industry page sets out where we would begin.

How do you learn a new industry?

We start with your customers and your sales team, as they know why deals are won. Then we read what buyers say in reviews, forums and rival sites, and what your search data shows. Your experts check our first pages, so mistakes get caught before anyone outside sees them.

Do you work in regulated sectors?

Sometimes, and we are careful about it. Finance, legal and licensed trades all have rules on what an ad or a page may say, and those differ between the USA and Canada. We read the rules for your trade and market first, and your compliance lead has the final say.

How soon can we judge the work?

It depends on your sales cycle. A contractor can judge calls within weeks, while a manufacturer may wait a year for a closed deal. We agree which early signals count for your sector before work starts, so nobody is judging a long sale on a short report.

Who runs this work?

Shivanand Mishra, our Digital Marketing Lead, leads the marketing, and Benjamin Sardar, our Web Lead, leads the site work. They use licensed tools and software. We are available round the clock, 24x7, as per your location.
