Outsource SEO for your business or in-house team
PromotEdge International is an international SEO company. Businesses in the USA, Canada and other markets outsource SEO to us, either all of it or the parts their own team cannot cover. Our delivery team is in India, and your brand stays in front: the work ships on your site, under your accounts and your name.
In short
SEO outsourcing means paying an outside team to do some or all of your search work, while you keep the goals and the final say. It suits a company with no SEO person, or an in-house marketer who needs hands for technical fixes, content or reporting.
If you run an agency and want to resell our work to your clients, white label SEO is the page for you. If you would rather hire a person to work inside your team, see hiring developers.
SEO work you can outsource
Hand over one piece or the whole program. We work beside your marketing team.
Technical SEO
Crawl errors, redirects, speed and structured data, fixed in your CMS or written as tickets for your developers.
Keyword and page plans
One owner page for each search your buyers use, set out so your team can approve it in one sitting.
Content
Service pages and guides written from your experts' knowledge, in your voice, checked by your team.
Links and digital PR
Mentions from sites your buyers read. Every link we work on appears in your monthly report, with the site and the date.
AI search
Company facts, answers and profiles that ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews can read.
Reporting
Leads, clicks and rankings from your own Search Console and analytics, with each number's source and dates.
Local and ecommerce SEO
Specialist work for stores and for businesses with real locations.
Who does the work, and from where
The work is delivered by our team in India. We travel to our clients every 3 to 4 months.
How your site, accounts and reputation stay safe
Handing SEO to an outside team should not mean handing over control. [CONFIRM: Shivanand Mishra reads this page and confirms these commitments]
Read access first
Search Console has user levels, and a restricted user is enough for an audit. We ask for more only when a task needs it.
Every change listed
Your report lists what we changed, where and why, including every link we worked on, so nothing happens out of sight.
Backups before edits
Before we change a live page, we take a backup or confirm one exists, and note how to undo it.
Your name on the work
Content, pages and profiles go out under your brand. Nothing on your site links back to us.
An NDA from the start
Your plans and numbers stay with the people working on them. [CONFIRM: NDA terms for direct clients]
How outsourcing your SEO starts
A look at what you have
We read your Search Console, analytics and site, and find what already brings in leads.
A split of the work
Together we decide what stays with your team and what comes to us, line by line.
A written plan
It lists the fixes and pages in order, who ships each one, and how we will judge success.
Monthly work and a report
Each month has agreed tasks, a short call and a report your managers can read in five minutes.
A review every quarter
We look at what moved, drop what did not, and set the next quarter's work.
Who we have worked with
- Fine Organics
- Weichai
- Novozymes
- Honest AI
- Dozco
- Sany
Work delivered from India. Results are shared one to one, under NDA.

Why outsourced SEO goes wrong, and what we do about it
These are typical situations, not results from a named client.
Links you cannot see
Some providers build links you never hear about, and you find them later in a tool. We list every link we work on, so you can judge each one yourself.
A vendor works around your team
Your marketer and the outside team end up redoing each other's work. We split the work in writing at the start and keep one shared task list.
Reports nobody reads
Fifty-page exports go straight to the archive. Our report starts with leads, then the three things that matter this month.
Fixes wait for developers
An audit is worth little until the changes ship. Our developers can make them, or we write tickets small enough to fit between your sprints.
Content sounds like an outsider wrote it
Buyers notice. We interview your experts, write in your voice and let your team check facts before anything goes live.
Outsource SEO, hire in-house or use a freelancer
Most companies end up with a mix. Pick by how much SEO you need and who can manage it.
| Question | Outsourced SEO team | In-house hire | Freelancer |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fits when | You need several SEO skills and no new headcount | SEO is a full-time job and someone can manage it | One clear task, such as an audit or a set of pages |
| Skills on hand | Technical, content, links and reporting | Whatever one person knows | Usually one strength |
| Knowledge of your business | Built up in the first months | Strongest over time | Depends on the person |
| Tools | Comes with licensed tools and software | You buy them | Varies |
| Main risk | Distance from your team | Hiring time and a single point of failure | Gaps when they are busy elsewhere |
Questions buyers ask us
How do I pick an outsourced SEO team without ending up with spam links?
Ask any provider exactly where links will come from, and ask to see the list each month. Check a sample of the sites yourself: would a real buyer read them? Be wary of anyone who will not show you what they built, or who promises a fixed number of links for a fixed price.
Freelancer or SEO company for content-led SEO?
A good freelance writer can produce strong pages if you already have a plan and someone to edit. An SEO company adds the plan, the technical work and the reporting around the content. For a small site with a clear list of pages, a freelancer may be all you need.
Is a remote SEO team a good idea?
A deep pool of SEO and web skills is one reason, and cost is another. The trade-offs are distance and a large time difference. We answer them by setting calls in your working hours, leaving written updates for your morning, and traveling to our clients every 3 to 4 months.
What is the difference between outsourcing SEO and white label SEO?
When you outsource SEO, you buy it for your own business. With white label SEO, an agency buys it to resell to its clients under its own brand. If you are an agency, see white label SEO.
Can you work with our in-house marketing team?
Yes, and most outsourced SEO works best that way. Your team keeps the goals, the brand and the approvals. We take the specialist work, and we share one task list so nothing gets done twice.
How much does it cost to outsource SEO?
We do not publish a price list. The cost follows the size of your site, how competitive your searches are, and how much content and technical work each month needs. You see each item and the fee in writing before work starts. [CONFIRM: U14 minimum term and notice period]
How long before outsourced SEO shows results?
Plan in months. Technical fixes can show in weeks, new pages for quieter searches in two or three months, and competitive searches take longer. The plan gives our estimate for your site, with the reasons.
Who does the work?
Shivanand Mishra, our Digital Marketing Lead, leads SEO, with Milan Shyamal, our SEO Manager, and Chayan Sarkar on SEO, AEO and GEO. They use licensed tools and software. We are available round the clock, 24x7, as per your location.
