SEO services for companies in the USA, Canada and beyond

PromotEdge International is an international SEO company. We help businesses in the USA, Canada and other markets get found on Google, Bing and AI assistants by people who are ready to buy, then we count the inquiries that come from it. Our delivery team is in India.

In short

SEO services, often called organic SEO or natural search engine optimization, are the work of making a website easier to find in unpaid search results: fixing what stops search engines reading it, building pages around what buyers search for, and earning mentions from other sites. You pay for that work and never for the ranking itself, because Google does not take money to rank a site.

SEO suits a company whose buyers already search for what it sells, and which can wait a few months for the return. If you need leads this month, paid ads are faster, and we will tell you that. If you run a small local business, you can probably do much of the work yourself, and Google says the same.

SEO services we offer

Some clients need one of these. Most need several, in an order set by what is holding the site back.

  • Technical SEO

Crawl errors, broken redirects, slow pages, duplicate addresses and faulty structured data: we fix what stops search engines reading your site.

  • Keyword and page planning

Every search your buyers use gets a single owner page, so your own pages stop competing with each other.

  • Content for buyers

Pages that answer what buyers ask before they inquire, new or improved. Someone on the team checks the facts on each page before it is published.

  • Links and authority

Good reasons for other sites to mention you, such as useful data, expert comment and profiles buyers read.

  • AI SEO

Clear answers, consistent company facts and pages that ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews can read and cite.

  • Local SEO

Business profiles, reviews and location pages, for businesses with real addresses their customers can visit.

  • Ecommerce SEO

Category pages, product pages, filters and feeds for online stores with hundreds or thousands of items.

  • Enterprise SEO

Large sites with many teams, where each change needs sign-off, a clear ticket and a careful release.

  • B2B SEO

Long buying cycles and small search volumes, where one qualified inquiry can matter more than a thousand visits.

  • White label SEO

SEO done behind your agency, in your name, for your clients.

How our SEO work runs

[CONFIRM: Shivanand Mishra reads this page and confirms its steps and commitments match how client SEO accounts run today]

  1. Read-only access first

We ask for read access to Search Console and analytics, and nothing more at this stage. Google gives site owners the same advice for Search Console. Then we find what already brings you inquiries, so that we protect it.

  2. A written plan

It lists the fixes in order of likely effect, the pages to build, who ships each item (your developers or ours) and how we will judge success.

  3. Site fixes, tested first

Before a change goes live we test it, back up what it replaces and note how to undo it. A page that earns traffic is improved, and we will not remove or redirect it just to tidy up.

  4. One main search for each page

Every page we build or improve gets an answer near the top and the proof a buyer would want to see. We skip near-copies for every city or country, because Google can treat those as doorway pages.

  5. Your name outside the site

Profiles on the sites your buyers read, reviews from real customers, and mentions in your industry. We never pay for a review.

  6. A report every month

You see leads, calls and form inquiries by page, plus rankings for the searches we agreed. Every number shows its source, date range and country. Leads are counted as people in your own lead record, because tracking events can fire twice.

  7. A fresh look every quarter

We look at what moved, drop what did not and reset the plan.

Who does the work, and from where

The work is delivered by our team in India. We travel to our clients every 3 to 4 months.

Why SEO stalls, and what we do about it

These are typical situations, not results from a named client.

  • You rank for your own name and little else

People who know you will find you anyway. We look for the searches used by people who have not heard of you, then build pages for those.

  • Traffic is up but inquiries are flat

The visits usually come from reading searches, from people who are not buying yet. We move effort to searches that show buying intent, and check that those pages lead to a form or a call.

  • Two of your pages chase the same search

Search engines have to guess which one to show, and both can sink. We pick one owner page, point the other at a different search and link the two properly.

  • A redesign or site move cost you rankings

Most of the damage comes from missed redirects, lost pages and changed wording. We go through the old and new sites address by address, restore what earned traffic and give every old address a new home.

  • Your fix list sits in someone's backlog

An audit changes nothing until the fixes ship. Our developers can ship them on WordPress, Shopify and custom builds, or we write clear tickets for yours.

  • AI answers name your rivals instead of you

We check what assistants say about you, correct mixed-up company facts at the source, and build clear answers and profiles they can cite. Nobody controls what an assistant says, so we report what changed and what did not.

  • You sell in several countries from one site

We add a country page only when there is something true to say about that country, and we use hreflang tags so that the right version shows in the right place.

  • Your last SEO vendor went quiet

You should always know what was done this month and why. Every change is listed in your report, and you have a named lead to ask.

Questions buyers ask us

What does an SEO agency do each month?

A typical month has four parts: fixing technical problems, writing or improving pages, working on mentions and profiles outside your site, and reporting. The mix follows the plan. Early months lean towards fixes, and later months towards pages and reach. You get a list of what was done and what comes next.

How long does SEO take to show results?

Plan in months. You can see the effect of a technical fix in a few weeks. A page aimed at a less contested search often moves in two or three months. Harder searches take longer, and finance or real estate can take a year or more. The written plan gives our estimate for your site, with the reasons.

Can you promise a first-page ranking?

No. Google warns that no one can promise a top ranking, and it tells site owners to be wary of anyone who says they can. What we can promise is the agreed work, plain reports, and an early warning when a plan stalls.

What should I look for in an organic SEO agency?

Organic SEO agencies vary a lot, and so do single specialists. A professional provider should explain every change, report leads before rankings, and aim for organic traffic growth that is sustainable, not a quick spike. Be wary of cheap solutions that promise fast results: Google itself warns site owners about SEO firms that promise rankings.

How much do SEO services cost?

We do not publish a price list, because the size of the job varies a lot. The cost follows the size of your site, the strength of the rivals on your searches, its technical health, the amount of new content each month, and who ships the fixes. You see each item and the fee in writing before work starts. [CONFIRM: U14 minimum term and notice period for international SEO contracts]

Freelancer, SEO company or in-house hire: which should I choose?

A good freelancer suits a small site with one clear need. An in-house hire makes sense when SEO is a full-time job and you can train and keep that person. An SEO company suits work that needs several skills at once, such as technical fixes, content, development and reporting, and it keeps going when one person is on leave.

Should I hire a local SEO company or a remote team?

A local firm makes sense if you want someone in your office each week. Our delivery team is in India, and we also have contact addresses in Austin, Texas, and North York, Ontario. We travel to our clients every 3 to 4 months, we set calls in your working hours, and our working day runs through your night. We are available round the clock, 24x7, as per your location. If your project needs someone in the room every week, we will tell you to hire locally.

How will you measure success?

First by the leads and sales that search brings, then by what leads to them: clicks and rankings for the searches we agreed. Search Console is the source for clicks, impressions and position, and leads are real people in your own lead record. We also track how AI assistants answer an agreed set of buyer questions. The reports come from your own accounts, so you can check every number.

Have you done SEO for companies like mine?

We have worked for clients across the USA, Canada, Australia, Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Oman, and for Indian exporters and multinationals in India, and we say where each piece of work was done. Clients we can name include Fine Organics, Weichai, Novozymes, Honest AI, Dozco and SANY, though not all of them use us for SEO. Client results stay under NDA, so we walk you through them one to one.

Who works on my SEO account?

Your SEO lead is Shivanand Mishra, our Digital Marketing Lead. Site fixes go to Raju Barui, a backend developer, and Milton Das runs the data research. They work with licensed tools and software.
